PURCHASE A BOOK

Books are priced individually based on what they cost to produce and my price includes shipping within the U.S.   Currently I am producing them through Apple’s Aperture program.  Since I keep a very small inventory, the books will be printed to order.  Payment should be by personal check.  Please allow time for your check to clear, Apple to print the book and me to ship it to you.  Contact me by email if you want to order one (or more than one).  If I don’t reply within a week or so, please realize that I am probably out of the country and off-line.
